Come Run With Me
I cannot tell you how impressed I was when I met up with Lillian. She had just finished the Boston Marathon and she looked like a million bucks, hauling the rest of her World Majors medals over to the Public Garden for a celebratory photoshoot. Not only had Lillian just completed the Boston Marathon course, treacherous at best, but she'd also completed her sixth and final marathon for the World Majors, something that only 17,000 runners around the world have done (5800 of those coming from the United States). The six marathons one must complete to achieve the six star medal are the London, Tokyo, Boston, Berlin, Chicago, and New York Marathons. This is certainly an accomplishment to celebrate!
